The hotel's location is really good with a walking distance to the Petronas. Ambiance was great.
The room was very spacious and at par with the usual IHG standard.
Food was also delicious.
But the hotel staff was very cold. They should pay a little more attention to the guests. Inspite of being a platinum member of IHG, we were not offered any of the benefits of being a platinum member.

Pretty new hotel in KL however there is still some large construction going on around the hotel.

Stayed here as part of a conference and everyone mentioned how well the event ran and also how good the accommodation was for all.

Large rooms, fast wifi and attentive staff make it great for business travellers.

The breakfast is also very comprehensive with a great variety on offer and chefs on hand to satisfy any unusual cravings.

2 minute walk to the metro station and 5 minute walk to the twin towers and associated shopping.

Room Tip: Higher floors get a good view of the twin towers

As an IC frequenter, I love coming in and getting the same brand of great services. Rooms were good, fitness great, wifi access expensive as usual, and the breakfast buffet-- fresh orange juice anyone?-- was excellent. I was bummed that there was smoking as it permeated many areas of the hotel and smelled awful. Service was great, particularly the friendly doormen! Will return.

The hotel is located in the city center, a few minutes walk to the Petronas towers. Room was very comfortable specially the bed. The breakfast was fantastic, very fresh vegetables available. Staff were very nice too. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely go back.

Stayed here last July 2012 on reward nights from Priority Club.

Lobby is excellent and staff are nice too. Room is old and worn out, must be because this hotel is just rebranded. I was given a standard room although I am Royal Ambassador status in Intercontinental hotel. Not complaining though for this type of stay but has gotten more with the same reward stay in various Intercontinentals I have stayed in the past 2 years.

In room dining is great though and is not expensive. Got my welcome gifts as soon as I order in room dining.

Nothing special in this hotel though.

I would give it a 3.5 rating.
