Chose to stay in this hotel due to location and cost. Could not justify the prices of some other hotels without including breakfast. The location really is excellent, very easy to get around. Good room size, friendly hotel employees, good gym & pool facilities. I wld recommend and would stay here again myself.

I stayed in this hotel 3 times, the first time was the best, the second one was average and the last one was absolute nightmare! We had 3 rooms, 1 room didn't have the toilet flush working properly which was really nasty! and it smelled sewage! My room was fine for the first day but after waking up the next day I noticed that the bathroom ceiling was dropping weird liquid it was brown liquid with sewage smell?? I called for assistance but the man who came to my room had only a towel in his hand and he just wiped the ceiling and headed out! WOW HOW PRODUCTIVE THAT WAS! Plus the phone was not working properly all the time! They moved me to another room and another floor which had a perfect bathroom but a smoking smell which I couldn't stand! my brother and his wife's room had the same ceiling problem so they moved them to another room in a different level =S We weren't so happy since we had kids with us and we booked the 3 rooms to be in the same level / floor .. I swear this is the last time to go there! I started to look for other hotels for my next visit to Malaysia!

I love this hotel I stay here all the time when I'm in KL. We stay in Club room which is great they always look after me. We did have some problems with people smoking on non smoking floor but it was fixed. Food was great, I can't wait for the renovations to be finished, the service is great and they really look after you. I'll be there again in 5 weeks I hope everything is up and running....
Well done

Location is good !! Easy access to most of the business & city tourist places.
Friendly staff -- ready to help customers. Business centre & conference halls are well designed, spacious - support staff knows their job well.
Breakfast is with good choice of local, continental & Indian dishes, especially the "diet" disches. Japanese Restaurant there is good during lunch.
Hotel based taxi is costly, recommend to take local taxi available outside this hotel.

Room Tip: Please check for repair works & avoid those room.

We arrived with young children in tow at the hotel. we were told by the manager that the online site which we made a booking had continued to take bookings had made and error and it was very obvious that they were trying to push the blame to the online operator.

they told us that they would be putting us to another similar hotel of a similar standard. (Grand Millenium standard = Park Royal standard?!?!?) who are you trying to kid?!?!

We were very unhappy and they agreed to upgade our rooms and give us meal vouchers etc.

Bottom line, we were still shortchanged and I ended up paying Grand millenium prices for Park royal accomodation.

I can understand what terry s must have been going through.

Just describing my experience. hope it helps !!

Dear Valued Guest,

Firstly thank you for having taken the time to raise your concerns and most regrettable experience and please accept our sincere apologies for any unintentional inconvenience caused to you and your family during your stay here in Kuala Lumpur.

Unfortunately we had some urgent and unscheduled repairs which resulted us in having to find similar alternative accommodation for a few of guests, at very short notice, which we of course never wish to do.

Park Royal was the nearest 5 star hotel which had suitable rooms available and we arranged for a higher category deluxe rooms with breakfast including the extra bed on our account for you and your family.

We also, as you mentioned, provided extra meal vouchers for you and your family and we are deeply sorry that the alternative arrangements did not meet with your expectations.

We sincerely hope this will not deter you from selecting Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur when you next decide on your choice of venue and that you will reconsider visiting us in the near future, especially as our new renovated Club floors and rooms will be arguably be the best within the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies.

Yours sincerely
