I stayed here three months ago and everything was perfect. Having to call in everyday for a new password for wifi was a little bothersome but at least you had wifi in you room. Today, September 8, 2012, you have to connect via a USB so anyone with an iPad, iPhone or android is doomed. The only other way is to rent the "Yes" gizmo for RM 50 a day plus a RM 400 deposit, which is refundable of course. For a business hotel you would imagine the place to be wired for wifi and free. You can go to almost any coffee shop across the street and get free wifi. It would be nice, for example, to sit in your room or at Shook, have a cup of coffee or glass of wine and do your work. The other complaint I have is the rooms are not serviced till rather late in the day, around 2:30 pm which means if you are back from a meeting or a lunch your room in still not made. Having complained, I have to say that the staff is still very attentive and helpful. Hopefully management will take these complaints into consideration.
