Recently, we stayed at Furama Bukit Bintang-KLL(07.10.2011 TO 08.10.2011).Before booking, we had a mail exchange with the Regional Director-Revenue Management of Furama group. They assured to provide vegeterian food as they had options in their kitchen.
Awfully, we were deceived by the kitchen people to have non-vegeterian food which is just deceiving a muslim to have jhatka meat instead of halal meat.
Later they apologised for this which made no sense!
In our entire trip, we were harrassed only at Furama otherewise the trip was lifetime memory!
This was not done. We shall try to avoid Furama group in future.

This Hotel is an enigma, it doesn't show up on any city map, the only hotel Furama shows to be in Chinatown, which is not the same.
Rooms are well appointed, breakfast is varied and good and the price is reasonable. Walking to and from the shopping areas or monorail one passes through the gritty, less advertised KL.

Very nice hotel. Well located but not really close to bukit bintang (behind the berjaya times square). imbi is closer. You have to cross the "highway" using a pedestrian bridge to reach night life, restaurants... Great value for money anyway! I recommand if you want a good hotel with very nice staff, clean room and a good restaurant (breakfast is just amazing).

A new hotel close to everything.
Less than 5 minute walk to times square, not far from Pavillion, Sangei wang and KLCC.

The room was very clean, spacious, all staff were so very helpful and professional.

One downfall - we had emailed them earlier to say that we would be arriving earlier than check in time. They replied saying they would take this into consideration. When we arrived, we were told that it shouldnt be long and our room would be ready. We waited in the lobby, and waited, and waited. 2 hrs later my boyfriend went up and asked about the room. We were told that the cleaners had only arrived 1 hr ago and the hotel was full the night before and it shouldn't be too much longer. So we waited, 1 hr on I went up to the desk and spoke to someone else. He apologised and upgraded us. We didn't mind waiting - but there was no communication.

Anwar deserves special credit - he ensured our stay comfortable, enjoyable, he was fantastic.

Would stay here again.

Nice new hotel close to Time Square, rail. Rooms spacious, clean and new. Approx 45 mins from airport, and 30 mins from the Chinatown markets. Breakfast was unreal! Huge variety! I would stay here again for sure!
