The apartment is hard to find, and you need to take 2 lifts to get to your room. However, it is in a great location in KL. Travelling with extended family, we had booked 3 suites, all of which were quite spacious, especially the 3 bedroom suite. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen amenities were excellent.

The location is great! It is at the heart of Bukit Bintang. It is at Fahrenheit 88 (a new shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur), just opposite of Pavillion, a 5 minnutes walk away from Lot 10. This is the dream location for shoppaholics :)
The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at around 12pm. We were told to placed our luggage at the lobby and come back for check in at around 3pm. However, when we told them about our schedule of attending a concert at KLCC at 3pm, they got us check in immediately at a 2 room suite.
The building itself is a bit old, and the reception is at 5th floor. One have to go through the mall or the side entrance to get to the reception. There's a outdoor pool. However, we were too busy shopping, never had chance to use it :)

Just came back from KL. Stayed 2 nites at their 3 bedroom apartment. Big apartment. Good location. At the heart of Bukit Bintang, near to Pavillion.. Self catering, no breakfast. There are many shops to choose for our meal so mo problem. Down side is the reception is on the 5th flr. U need to go thru the mall or the side entrance to get to the reception.
Overall pleased with the apartment staffs, rooms & location.

April 28th -30th

We arrived very early to the hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful.the porter staff took us and our luggage to our room.we got upgraded to a 2 room suite, which was very good.clean, air con good, large lounge and kitchen.the pool look ok,but we didn't use it.they could have some new outdoor pool table and chairs by the pool.the building itselfs is a bit run down, but our room was good. The hotel lies on top of the Fahrenheit 88 shopping centre.

.free wifi in the reception and lounge area was great.this hotel is good value as it is close to shop, resturant and Mono rail.

Overall our stay was pleasant for a short stay.all we wanted was a hotel close to all the best shopping of kl and we got that.

Elisa & Sonja

Room Tip: The room is as the website shows it,true to the pictures.

We stay for 1 night, we arrived on 6:00AM but the reception told us that we have to wait till 12:00 O'clock. The lobby is not good, noisy coz i think there is club on the hotel.
