This place is amazing for the value! The rooms are a very good standard, clean and homely. It may be tucked away and not in an overly pleasant neighbourhood but within a 5 minute walk (either past the worst smelling street in the world or a homeless guy you might wonder is either dead or alive, depending on which way you go) you are at the monorail or the air conditioned walkway to the Petronas Towers. The staff are very nice, not very talkative but nice. Raj will do anything for you if you can prize him away from his Blackberry! Only down side is that they don't clean the rooms, change the towels or stock up the toilet roll but if you need this then just ask and they will soon sort you out. We stayed here for 7 nights and every night was delightful. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to any travellers who need a cheap place to stay. This place is not for people who expect to be waited on hand and foot but is ideal for travellers who want some where clean to stay within walking distance to the city centre.

Stayed here for 3 nights, agree with some comments here. The room was never cleaned during the 3 days, the towels changed or the toilet rolls, had to ask for toilet paper.. the place itself though was very clean and very well kept overall, so its really just no room cleaning while you are there. The place is spotless though.

The staff, not the most helpful, they do the bare minimum service wise. The common room TV area seem setup for the staff and not for the guests as it's in the front foyer\reception and not very welcoming.

I had the standard room at the back, the blinds were paper thin so you could basically see through them.. Not the best for getting a good nights sleep or privacy, and the noise from the bars at the street behind was also annoying, good thing they aren't open all night.

The thing about this place though is the complete lack of atmosphere, feels like a very quite morgue. Basically for 30 Ringit extra you can stay in one of the hotels around the corner with all amenities, so not sure about value for money.

Difficult to really recommend.

Cold showers, no TVs in the rooms. It's called a bed and breakfast but that really means there is cereal and milk and you have to make it and clean the dishes after you're done. Stayed for 4 nights but during that time, the towels were never changed and no new toilet paper was supplied once the only roll in the room ran out. Staff were a bit unfriendly and other guests were quite noisy late at night. However the room was clean and wifi signal was strong. I suppose in KL you have to spend a bit more money for higher quality. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I wouldn't be rushing back any time soon.

We liked this place very much. We stayed there twice for a total of 6 nights. Rooms are spotless, AC, hot water, good wifi (fiber channel), excellent mattress. This is one of the best places we've stayed in in our 10 months' trip.
Breakfast was a bit light. But you can buy your own extra food/drinks and store it in the kitchen if you need to.
