Pros :
Spacious with service apartment facilities (kitchen, living)
Simple but good breakfast provided. There was bread, cereal, egg, sausage, beverages in a chic cafe environment
Good pressure in the shower
Very near shopping malls & monorial.

Cons :
Average quality of room finishing (not as good as a hotel)
Aircon control , two available but only 1 working
Obscure Entrance/ Lobby area which was off the main street and felt a tad unsafe. My taxi had problems finding the place.

Very dissapointed by the view. I got a room with all the windows facing another service apartment just a few meters away. No privacy and window blinds had to be used at all times, unless you don't mind being watched.
I had booked 3-nights, and stayed just 1-night. Cancelled the next 2 nights and moved to a much nicer hotel (Dorsett) which was at a more busy junction and nicer room+good service+good views.

Neutral :
Service was ok, moderate.
Security - a lot of access cards points & "gurkha"(i think) guard, but area just outside the service residence feels a bit remote and a tad dodgy.

Room Tip: If you are looking for a service apartment with kitchen etc, this might be suitable. But call first...

Came to KL with my best bud for a couple of days. We decided, that the number one rule for accomodation was seperate rooms. Two straight guys cannot sleep next to each other in the same room, even though it's two single beds. Now, that would be super awkward. On the other hand, we do not wannna be in two seperate rooms becuase it would mean that we would miss each other's (yucks) presence. So that's decided. A service apartment then. The entrance was a little hard to find as it was actually along a small litlle road somewhere near Parkroyal Hotel.

We got a two bedroom apartment. A large living room area, dining area, a master bedroom and another small bedroom with a single bed. The room with a single bed had no windows so it kinda sucked when deciding who would be sleeping where. A coin toss and an expensive dinner treat decided the winner. The place is a service apartment for extended stays. A fully functioning kitchenette with a microwave, oven toaster, fridge, cooking top, washing machine/dryer etc etc.. Not that we would be cooking, but reheating certain takeaways for late night supper was nice.

A couple of friends came over so the place was fully maximised. Entertaining was a breeze as we watched movies, had some drinks and some finger food. We can't do it in a normal hotel room and besides, I don't think hotels would allow guests coming over as well. They complimented that the place was very nice and they definitely wanted to stay there on their next visit to KL.

The place was clean, smells nice and good on security. Card access to every floor, even the ground floor. The rooftop swimming pool was great. Unblocked views so you can get the maximum early morning sun. But the glass partition was a little bit low and you kinda get that buzzing feeling when you look too far of the edge. Just make sure your kids are in your sight everytime when you go to the pool.

Some people mention about the lack of breakfast choice, but come on. You wanna have a huge breakfast assortment, stay in First World Hotel, Genting. Really how much food can you eat? For us, it was perfect because the cafe was very cozy, relaxing and just the peace and quiet you want on an early morning. Tea, coffee, toast, sausages, eggs, vege/fruit salad, milk, cereal, egg omelette (on request) and some eastern fare-fried beehoon was more than enough.

The location is in the middle of the bukit bintang area. Lot 10 was just nearby with BB plaza and Sungei Wang right across the main road. So food and shopping is something that you can never lack. Be careful when you cross the road as both sides had traffic coming on the same direction. We almost got knocked down by a lorry because we were looking at the wrong side. Costly mistake.

Maybe the only negative point is the RM500 deposit during your stay. We expected a deposit, but not that much. But no biggie. They were willing to take other currencies as well.

All in all a good stay. Recommended, if you have several friends coming over, and if you want a place in Bukit Bintang.

I booked through Agoda and found that the unit was operated by an individual owner. No parking unless u booked through the hospitality department. The apartments are getting aged but ideal for shopping and food

Room Tip: I had to park my car in the open air carpark to avoid hefty carpark charges overnight. It is more co...

I was unfortunately put up here, because the hotel I previously booked Best Western Premier Dua Sentral could not open in time.

The best things about this hotel were the in suite washer/dryer, rooftop pool and location.

The worst things about this place was everything else. I would not even classify what they offer as breakfast. Next to zero selections and horrible taste. The room we were in had no view. The room had such a horrible smell, A sewer smell emitted from the bathroom drain. I had to buy a can of air-freshener it was so bad. They also asked for a $500 ringgit deposit and gave me a huge list of overpriced items in the room. What really made me angry was when my wife actually went through the checklist to find some items were missing. If you have the nerve to give me a 3 page checklist telling me I have to pay to replace you better well have them in the room!

This place really sucked. The only real value was the washer and dryer. If you want a good residence then stay at Fraser Place. I would never come back here or recommend this place to anyone.
