Hotel is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from Namba station.
It's easy to find due to the big signs at the front of the building. It's also right next to Dotonbori so there are plenty of places to eat nearby. There's a Lawson next door and a Don Quixote scored l across the street.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted everytime we came in and left.
Our room was a lot bigger than expected. There's a separate shower/tub area with a big soaking tub. We got a corner room looking towards the street so it was a pretty nice view at night. We didn't have any issues with noise from the street.
The hotel itself was very clean, but the room seemed like it needed some touch up. There were scuff marks on the walls, and dings in the cabinets/etc. It also seemed like some of the shelves/cabinets were custom made. They didn't seem like they quite fit together.
The couch was also probably the hardest couch I've ever sat on.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here and will probably try to the next time we visit.More
