Seeing this skeleton building is harrowing.
The actual building is fenced.
Each person will have a different reaction to it.
The entire Hiroshima memorial site is free ( with the exception of a minimal entrance fee to the museum ).

This is an effective memorial of the A Bomb dropped 1945. It is worth a look at night as well as day.

Th eA- Dome is the skelet of the former Hiroshima Industrial Promotion Hall. It was the building closest to the epicenter of the atomic bomb and that remained partially standing.
Since 1996 it has been added to the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE-list

It's very well preserved place which gives us a reminder of the consequences of the war. It lays in a beautifull scenery of Peace Memorial Park.
Unfortunately there are a lot of tourists. If you want to see the beauty of A-Bomb Dome, consider seeing it from the other side of the river.
