In many ways this is a standard 4-star business hotel. Rooms are a decent size but the decor is quite boring and already looks dated. I was quite surprised that my 'premier' room didn't have a bathtub too.
What I loved, though, was the service culture at this hotel. My wife and I genuinely lost count of the number of smiles, hellos and good mornings that we received in our two-day stay. This was especially noticeable at breakfast time, where Tony and his team are doing a great job. Even though the buffet is a bit chaotic, and serving staff are all very young, I felt really welcome each morning.
So well done Courtyard, and keep it up!More
