I would recommend the Hotel. We had a last minute booking and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The nice rooms and their cleanliness as well as the kind and helpful staff. Good location near to river.

Room tip: Берите беруши :) хотя они могут вам не помочь
И лучше выбирайте номер с выходом окон во двор - так намного тише, чем на дорогу (набережную)
