We loved our stay here - the exterior size and beauty especially at night is stunning and attractively positioned of the river The building being one of 'Stailin's' 7 skyscrapers and totally refurbished to an extremely high standard is full of opulence and character. We loved the views from so many areas. Breakfast offers everything you could want. We upgraded to the Executive Lounge which whlist pricey includes a full breakfast, 3 course lunch with wines and canapés and drinks in the evening. Service here was fantastic thanks to Nikolai and Valerly in particular and we were so glad that we had upgraded. The great model of Moscow is a must see. Hotel

The Hotel Ukraine is absolutely massive and the views from its rooms are absolutely startling. The rooms themselves are very spacious and elegantly furnished. The breakfast was sumptous and the food in general was excellent. It is very expensive of course but sometimes in life you get what you pay for! Excellent service and a very pleasant three day stay for us. It was a fair walk from Red Square, a long, long walk actually but the hotel is so huge you'll see it for miles and get home easily, that and the taxis run is pretty quick.

We had a few drinks at the Mercedes bar in the hotel unfortuanaly the bar has no connection with the reception. We try to pay on our room but the barman says it is not possible and that we had to pay cash ??? We could not leave the bar before we pay cash ??? We did not have the cash so the manager and the doorman brought us to the reception as we were criminals. At the reception they informed the manager of the bar that we had a deposit on our credit card and that is was Ok. This experiance i have never had in any hotel in the world that i have stayed...... this is not what you would expact of a radisson hotel. I always stayed in a radissson hotel across the world, after this issue i would suggest never to go to a Radisson hotel and book a Hilton or a hyat hotel!!!!!
If they treat there guest as criminal they should be better informed...
Also not any sorry of the management..... they have behind the reception rewards of trip advisor haha i think they are made by thereself.

Stayed 3 nights on a tour. Rooms are well apportioned, with all usual amenities, but strangely you have to ask for the AC to be switched on remotely with an agreed room temp. (State control?) Also fridge is locked unless you ask for access to the mini bar, so nowhere to put any drinks or chocolate you may have, and prices in lobby bar are sky high. Breakfasts are excellent, and evening celebration meal with the tour group was first fare. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Every inch a 5 star hotel.

Excellent hotel with delicious food, fabulous rooms, outstanding service, a large and state of the art gym and massive pool, the best attention to detail and customer care I have seen... Also, spotlessly clean, very good location, historic and wonderful building that has been beatifully restored and the best massage I have ever had!!!. 10/10... Well done Radisson....
