Arrived Manila today at around 2am from Cambodia and was looking forward to take a rest at the hotel after the red eye flight. Unfortunately upon arrival and check in at the hotel, rooms weren’t ready at 3am even if I already had an agoda booking for the trip. Had to wait at the lobby for a while. I might as well did a walk in instead of pre-booking as they didn’t seem ready for my arrival.

Also, asked reception for a wake up call (asked twice) and for a blower and iron w/ iron board. However, no calls made and no delivery of items to the room. Weird that they acknowledge request but don’t follow through.

Still have 5 days to spend here........

Stayed at this hotel for a staycation with friends, and the standard rooms were comfortable enough for 3 people. Location is good with restaurants, convenience stores and a Starbucks a few steps away. Check-in was fast and requests were promptly assisted. Breakfast was included in the room and had a good variety as well. Only negative feedback would be that the walls were very thin, just the television from the other adjacent rooms can easily be heard.

I often see people complain about hotel amenities and room features without recognizing how affordable the hotel is. For Makati, it's reasonably cheap, at a great location, with friendly and kind staff.

The Green Sun is a venue for up and coming artists stirring up the culture scene of Manila and I only realized after my stay there. No wonder downstairs was all industrial trendy.

Sure, there's always room for improvement but that's always the case for any property. I didn't want to book those homesteads

Stayed for one week in this hotel, Room is quite big i like the bed it's comfy and clean, cable tv, two chairs and table, safety box, electric kettle with, tea cup and tea bag and coffee sachet, small reff ,big wardrobe are there, bathroom is really small has basic toiletries no sleepers provided, wifi is good, food is ok price is average, laundry charge 370 pesos for min 5kg and additional around 75 pesos per 1kg,

Wall is so thin i can hear some noises from the alley and from other room, The guest infront of our room talks so loud and keep laughing till late! Heard people walking or running on the alley. Guest from upper room keep banging things and running arround not sure what they're doing, And i can even hear the guest snoring from the next room lol didn't have time to try their breakfast cause we always sleep around 2-3am due to the noises and woke up late but we usually order room services for dinner that area doesn't have much option for restaurant outside the hotel.

I thought it was decent enough until I took a bath, and saw a clump of long, black, dried up hair plastered on the bathroom wall. Nothing more to say. If I could only leave that very night, I wpuld have done it. Grisly and puke-inducing does not quite match it. This time, I really have to type ewwwww and blech!
