We had two rooms here. The deluxe double room was a good size, with a large bed, en suite and refreshments. The premier suite was super, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living / kitchen area. The rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was an added bonus.
Staff were brilliant - both replying to emails promptly and assisting on arrival and throughout our stay. They could not have been more courteous and accommodating.

Room Tip: The extra comfort and space in the premier suite is well worth the little extra charge.

The buffet breakfast is great! We stayed here for three days and two nights and we really had a great time. However, upon staying there, I don't see any food establishments (7 eleven, Jollibee etc) near to the hotel.

Visited on a weekday night for an overnight stay..
Rooms were modern...fresh..clean..and to a good standard..
Reception booked us in super quick and arranged a taxi in the Evening very fast for us....
Breakfast was ok but basic included in the price and was hot... buffet style with eggs...pandasal...rice...ham..toast...coffee ....fruit..
Overall experience was good and I would visit again when in manila...
Room..breakfast..taxes and only 40 dollars...
How can you fault that...
Well done to the management on maintaining a good standard with my ex pats staying there..
You have to taxi to the malls and bars but that no problem....

Located about 15-30 minutes drive from the International airport depends on the traffic.
Actually, it's about 5 miles. if you take the skyway and it's only cost you 300 pesos including the 45 Pesos toll at Uber. The staffs are very friendly and well trained and helpful. About 76 rooms at 2 buildings just right across the street. Our rooms are fairly good size with a safe and small fridge with sodas and beers. 2 bottles of water every day. No hairdryer at the room. To Greenbelt Shopping Malls are only 100 Pesos at Uber or Grab. Breakfast is fairly good. Brewed coffee are excellent. A pretty pleasant 3 nights stay on a pretty warm November days at Makati.

If your on a tight budget then this hotel is good value the hotel is pleasant with a nice sitting area near the reception desk and bar.

The bedroom is ok reasonably presented quite small in size but ok and the bathroom also small with a walk in shower, the bed quite comfortable. One thing I didn't like was the list of charges that guests could face if they mark or damage anything in the room, I have never seen such before in the many hotels I stay and think it's a bit unfriendly and unnecessary.

Staff here were very friendly and professional. I only had a few hours at the hotel so did not sample the included breakfast.
