Good for people who wish to be in Makati but in a quiet area. It is not in the central business district per se, meaning the malls and other recreational places will be within walking distance but still very close by using taxi or uber or grab. One may opt to walk (like 20mins perhaps) to get to the heart of Makati, so it is fairly close.

The place is quiet given that it is located in a neighborhood of houses and few small commercial spaces. The staff are nice and friendly, and ready to assist with what one needs.

If you stay for more than a night, you might find yourself bored with what you see for breakfast as they don't change significantly, though it is buffet style and you may eat all you can.

During our stay, the cable went out so for abt a few hours, we had no other way to get entertained. Good thing that the internet was on!

Overall, it is an ok hotel if you are not after luxury and first class experience.

Stayed here as a last minute booking for a night in Manila. The hotel is located in Makati City, about 20 minutes from the Airport.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were well equipped and clean and the hotel was very quiet at the night. A well stocked free breakfast buffet was also provided. Was only a one stopover so didn't see much of the local area, but by Manila standards it seemed quite nice.

Passed a number of local bars/cafes full of young locals as we drove in, all of which looked nice and worth a visit. Would definitely stay again if spending another night in Manila.

We stayed for 2 nights.
Very helpful and nice staff.
Nice clean room.
Breakfest is pretty good.
The location it's not very good, it's like an industrial zone with a lot of garages. But I guess most of makati is pretty much the same.
Not much going on in the area so u have to take a taxi everywhere u go
And the traffic in Manila is absolutely excruciating.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite equipped with two televisions, two air conditioners and situated on the fifth floor. The view was quite OK and interesting to watch the local people working. The hotel is not very central but an easy taxi ride for under $7 to Green Belt, the more expensive of three connected shopping malls. You can take the hotel taxi/car on a half day city tour seeing the highlights of Manila for about $70 but you will have to add parking and entry fees to the costs.
The staff are very polite and helpful in their limited way. The room was very clean although the lounge was showing signs of wear. The minibar should be utilised as it is cheaper than the main bar but drinks are not very dear by western standards. Breakfast was OK but not mind-blowing. In short, a reasonably priced hotel that is roomy in an expensive area.

Guijo Suites is a sanctuary in the middle of the city. Staff are friendly and attentive; The rooms are incredibly clean and are worth the price. It's a cool place for staycation. Their menu needs improvement though.
