I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a professional summit, which I combined with a solo travel treat to myself. I couldn't have made a better choice. This place made me feel so pampered, safe, and comfortable. Each corner of the house was so quaint and beautiful. The food was superb, always freshly made from their kitchen. They accommodated my no-red-meat-breakfasts request with flair! This really is a haven for the city-weary guest.

Tips: 1) Ask to have your breakfast at their Cafe where you can have a fantastic view of greenery while enjoying your meal 2) Ask the staff for dinner recommendations--I did and I discovered other Baguio gems because of it.

I'm not a big fan of Bed and Breakfasts, but Baguio is one of those places that are perfect for these kinds of accommodations. Guest Haven was a little difficult to find and difficult to get to with the sharp turn at the highway and steep curve down.

Having said that, the whole setup was very idyllic. Rooms were large and very clean. Water pressure for the hot water was a little bit lacking, but it didn't bother us too much. Breakfast is plated and the portions are small, but it's a good light start to the day especially since there are a lot of places to eat in Baguio anyway. What you really should try are their coffees that are locally produced. As an alternative, the hot chocolate is also excellent.

Overall, the staff was very good and very accommodating. If you're looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay that's different from the usual hotel vibe, I'd recommend Guest Haven without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay here.. very much. The coziness of the place and the warmness of the staffs is really a big plus. Their breakfast is so great, and their Choco Batirol is a must try.. will definitely go back here. I believe there will be a new branch opening soon, so probably that would be the next pick. ;)

Room tip: Their King Deluxe room is good for the couple.
