First of all one is welcomed by an extremely friendly gentleman, who I believe to be the able proprietor.
It would also seem that he is the chief.
The decor is appealing to the eye, with a definitive Moorish style.
The food is beautifully presented, akin to what one would expect in the finest of Parisian restaurants or indeed at top venues in London.
The portions are more than adequate, with the monk fish cooked to perfection, with al dente vegetables, rice and garlic potato cubes.
I can honestly say, it is the best food I have experienced in Morocco, having been here five years running.
It is easy to find, just off of Rue Mohammad Ben Abdullah, 5mins from Hussein Place.
To visit Essaouira and not treat oneself to this fine dining experience would be a shame.More
