The room was comfortable, and clean. I had an incredibly relaxing time. The staff is extremely halpful and friendly. Overall a very satisfying experience. Thank you for the wonderful time I had there.

We liked the relaxed atmosphere in the small scaled hotel !
Lovely, helpful people everywhere
Nice room almost at the beach
No lavish buffet but tasty dishes - great pancakes :-) in the morning !
Well located for making excursions
Nice snorkeling before the hotel

Room tip: Rooms at the end and upstairs are quieter

Comfy and quiet place. Perfect place for snorkeling. Offered boat trips are excellent (swimming with dolphins, turtles, fish, trips to other islands). Food is tasty and various (special menu when you have honeymoon or anniversary). Everybody will find their favorite meals to eat. And the hotel staff is excellent as well. They'll do everything to please you. They also let us stay in our room past check-out as we were leaving late in the evening. For free and including all meal services! I don't see a reason why we wouldn't pick this hotel again for our anniversary.

Cannot believe some of the reviews on here.We were not the only ones to think as we did,can only think the dissatisfied or dissapointed don't write reviews.
The plus points
The view from rooms is nice
The staff are by and large sweet bit innefective as nothing will ever change.
The Mauritian cookery lesson was nice .
The minus points of which there are many....
Dogs and cats bless them,strolling during every meal without a care in the World
The brekkie is dreadful
The coffee quality and serving of is dreadful
Corn flakes and Coco pops! What!? Birds enjoy a free run of the tables and buffet like the cats and dogs!
The rooms are small,poorly decorated.. dirty blinds,broken locks,and the thinest poorest towels ever .The balcony door is your front door,buckled and hard to lock.
Cocktails at the bar are so poor,the glasses washed by hand! Very poor quality drinks
No bar snacks or nibbles,no atmosphere,the bar men don't smile or interact
They are tight with portions and number even on all in.
Food is mediocre at best,often barely above 2 star
Hotel is drab,dated and tatty
The area isn't great and not very nice to walk outside
The beach is tiny and Shelly
There is no! Yes no beach service ! Even though the bar is ten feet away
Cracked tiles and steps
The glass bottom boat is pathetic no fish to see!
The Mauritian street food stall is cold,inedible and dried yuk
They even managed to give our leaving gift to another couple.
Sadly truly one of the worse hotels I've ever stayed in,it has so much potential if the management were bothered,de motivated and less complacent.The eve entertainment is good but overall the hotel lacks vibrancy and energy.So so dissapointed.The island overall is ok nice but hardly the Caribbean.Dont bother with ISLE DE CERC
rip off boat trip and hassle moment you arrive,also it's just bang average the beach is just ok.
The cattermaran trip from.by the fishing club in the south is ledge,dolphins,good food,good drinks nice trip to an Island.Capital is nice if you like a bit of counterfeit fashion and an overpriced harbour drink moment!
Rum tour is nice but again not life changing!
If you went back to this hotel in six months nothing will have changed! The staff are sweet and warm
Oh the room toilet..stained and mouldy

I thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us, pointing out both the positive and less positive aspects of your holidays.

I regret that your holiday among us was not totally up to your expectations while I note with relief that you really enjoyed our cooking lesson.

We have taken good note for your feedback regarding our culinary experience. I assure you that this is not the way we serve our guests. The Chef is always present at the restaurant to know more about our guests' preferences and we do invite them to share their feedback during their stay, so we can assist any request, adapt to personal tastes and improve their holiday experience.
Rest assured that if we had received your feedback during the stay, my team and I would have done our level best to turn around your F&B experience!
We do have a national concern in terms of stray dogs and cats, unfortunately, despite our recommendations, a majority of guests love and feed them, which encourage them to stay within the hotel premises. We are also taking part in a sterilisation program for these animals.
I have taken good note of your comment regarding the room which has been shared with our Housekeeping team for improvements and your feedback regarding the boathouse has been well noted also.

I would like to share with you that we are located in a preserve marine eco-system which makes it one of the best spots for snorkeling in the area.
I sincerely regret to read your impressions. Surely, if we had received them while you were here, we would have done our best to improve your experience. We indeed always encourage our guests to share their feedback with us during their stay, so we can improve their holiday experience!

The Hotel is located on a very beautiful location .We loved it.The room was also very neat,clean n beautiful.
I want to specially thank Kevin govinden for the room upgrade.It was awesome room.
The staff of the hotel was also very good, on the reception Rinku n Matthew and Veeren. And most important I would like thank to the chefs Amith and Manoj for cooking indian food for us, it was an overall very awesome experience for us at your hotel.
