We would like to kindly clarify that due to the special terms and conditions of your company's contracted rate, the apartment would only be serviced by Housekeeping twice a week. Our standard Housekeeping service is usually provided daily except on Sundays. Nevertheless, please be assured that all new guest arrivals are thoroughly serviced and clean to ensure the apartment is fresh and clean for our new incoming resident. Once again, we apologise if this was not clarified more clearly with you at the time.
