The hotel is very new, obviously but the services provided almost equal to zero. Front desk can't locate my booking (I have booked more than a week earlier)! Took half an hour to check-in.

Room is great! Huge, clean and new. But the telephone service is down. Found out when we wanna call to request a baby cot. And the baby cot costed RM30 even though the hotel website stated the room can fit 2 adults and 2 children.

Swimming pool is great BUT no pool towels available and no one is on duty. When finally saw a staff passed by and requested two pool towers, BUT the staff never came back!

Breakfast choices not much, egg station only served 1 and only type of... sunny side up. Choices really little and it costed us extra RM25 per pax including a child...

Well, no more coming backs from me definitely....

The hotel is fairly new. Rooms are spacious and clean however a friend had a room which had a stinking smell coming out of the bathroom drain. There were visible signs of water leakage all over on the floor we stayed in which was the 10th floor.

Breakfast spread was quite decent. They had a usual bread station, cereal, congee, egg and nasi lemak. Food at the restaurant was ok too. We had the mee Siam, grilled chicken and Kolo Mee and it was pretty decent.

1st - such a big hotel/group, you don't have any front desk customer service/staff standby for your up coming customer.

2nd - if your don't have positive attitude don't stand at front customer service desk for up coming customer.
Why don't you just tell customer your front desk for hotel close at the moment, because of your colleague going somewhere else. (Mean your don't know)

3rd - if you can't have good communication skill with customer, don't stand/standby at front desk.
This better then you can't answer customer question then give customer black face and roll eyes front of customer.

Can anyone of your imaging that the front desk person questioning of customer answer?
How they been train to be face with customer?
I know I'm spend just RM490.00 at your hotel was nothing, can your give good impression for your customer for the future good review? Or your hotel management don't mind is there anyone stay in or not? Just relax and pass your day by day?

Your give customer that kind of impressions.

First I'm walk in the hotel door, when I'm near to the front desk. Your staff still taking with maybe one of your staff from other department. (Ignore customer)

Service standard from this hotel?

Really hope on my stay in day this all will be different story.

From your future customer,
Mr Yong.
