My wife and i stayed there in March for 3 nights. Look if your looking for a hotel just to sleep in whilst visiting George Town its ok. That's after flicking the cockroaches of your bed. If your after a hotel to spend your days by the pool or in the spa enjoying a cocktail or two and being looked after by friendly staff, book somewhere else. Pool is average, spa is closed, pool bar is closed and staff seem to be wishing they were elsewhere. The whole place is old and worn out and its best days well in the past.
A little tip if your arriving by car. Unload for bags before parking in the car park. The lift from the hotel reception doesn't go up to all levels of the car park.More
