The decor and furniture looks like its been done on the cheap, by someone's style disabled relative.

Things are half working. Wifi works but it's not connected to the internets.

Only stay here if you're on a budget.

We will never stay in this hotel again. Our trip to Ipoh was almost spoiled by the stay in this hotel. We requested to see the Manager for help but was turned down by the front office. Is it because the Manager was of no help? All I want to say is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

I stayed in a standard room with 2 single beds (cost about RM100). The hotel room is quite small, not much space to move. There is no window in standard room I stayed in, so don't expect too much for a cheap hotel. The most surprising is that the floor is rather dirty, so it is not advised for you to walk around with bare foot. The bathroom design is not very pleasant. Because of the size constraint, there is almost no separation in between toilet and bathroom, which mean after bathing, the whole bathroom is wet and it causes some inconvenience in using toilet as well. Most of the people staying in that hotel is because of the relative staying nearby, it is not recommended for tourists to stay in. The breakfast available is rather simple.

The only satisfactory point is that the service is quite alright, others are just ok or below average. I would not recommend others to stay in this hotel unless you just need a place to sleep or spend your night.

is very very poor and bad...i book a VIP suite and stay there for two day one night, i felt very angry and disappointed for this cheap hotel because at night the room can be suddenly no electric, i wanted call to the manager but no one are pick up the call. Then i call the receptionist, they told me dont know what happen is that, i ask them did you maintain it, they didnt answer me. After that, they change a room for me. OK, fine, i accept it because that time is nearly 12 midnight, i have no choice and chance for me find another hotel. The most i cant accept and angry is the breakfast time, i just request a cup of warm water, they told me dont have warm water. haha, do u feel ridiculous? hotel cant provide a cup of warm water. is really very poorly badly. PLEASE DONT STAYTHIS HOTEL because you will feel regret it.

I stayed in the standard room which cost me Rm90+. The room is small and smelly. Perhaps due to the hotel allow smoking? The room maintenance is bad, the wall and toilet is a bit dirty, the wall colour fade, the air-conditional is noisy, water heater ain't function and the electrical problem. Once I boil water, the room black out. Luckily, the staff come to help once I called reception.
