Booked the room. Checked in at 5pm but was told that I had to wait for 20 minutes. Did I get the room after waiting for 20 minutes? Nooo! I was told to wait another 20 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting, i still didnt get my room! There excuse? There's so many rooms for housekeeping team to clean. Gosh! Official check in time is 3pm mind you!

Booked at expedia.... paid full and took the Cosy Bedroom. Which consist of 2 single and 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed.
Hotel check in is at 2pm. But due to bad traffic from singapore... we check in at 11pm.
Guess what.... we didnt get the room that we paid for... hahaha...yesss.. when check in, i was told that the room is under maintainance.... and they have tried to do something since morning but they just cant realease the room. Well as what i understand the room has already booked and confirm.. regardless they need to have the room for me.. but nothing. Why can this happen? Maybe they give the good rooms to those who came first. And im just unlucky.. imagine... the whole family so tired and heard that we didnt get the room that we wanted... such a disappointment....
Instead !!! We are given 2 queen seperate rooms. Well angry though... but no choice ive just have to take it since its just 1 night.
I would like to compliment Ms Suriati that attend to me professionally... she managed to calm down the situation... she gave my family a complimentary breakfast and also a late check out( which i didnt take as i need to settle some errands early)
What i want to be clear here... why didnt the hotel call me and inform of the situation.. and they shud ensure the rooms is ready regardless how late the guest check in.
Well the service recovery by Ms Suriati was great but she or her staff miss on to access the situation at ensure the guest was informed. At least we a mentally prepared. Or we cud jus change hotel.

Abt hotel :-
1.Queen bed room -was very small.. what you pay for is what you get.
2. Parking- stop at the main lobby first, get the staff help u, he will give u a map on where to park.
3. TRY YR BEST NOT TO CHECK IN AT NIGHT AS THE ROAD AND AREA VERY QUIET AND .... U NOE I NOE....
4. Not advise to walk to shopping center... far esp at night !!!! .. drive better.. ard 10mins depends on traffic also. No shop around. Please dun try to walk alone at night yaaa...
5. Breakfast - good variety of choicesss... simple but good enough...
6. Parking - security 24hrs. Safe no worriess...

I wanted to rate this budget hotel high.. but i just cant... to what that ive experience. I will not recomend others and for sure i will not come back again..

To Ms Suriati of Swiss Inn Hotel... keep up the good werk... u deserved to be at a better hotel than this.. good luck.

A group of 16 of us checked into their tatami rooms and thoroughly enjoyed our 3D 2N stay. They provided free shuttle van to the various shopping places within the city and accommodated us on the timings. The rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff ranging from front desk to housekeeping were excellent. Special mention to En. Loqman from F&B who doubled up as the shuttle driver when needed. Great job Swiss Inn JB!!

Room Tip: Tatami room for 6 is a great choice for gatherings as the room is spacious.

Rate very expensive ,room size is small and service not like what u paid.Operator was rushing hanged up the call when we are requested items to delivery.No one at counter upon check put till we need to call them.First hotel said can't pay half in cash and remaining balance in credit card.

I was stay here for 1 night check in on 24/11. The check in prosess was fast and the staff very friendly, room was good and clean with blue color coridor and the hotel design very creative. The breakfast was excellent and the food was good especially the fresh coffee and juice in the individual bottle. Very creative and the staff at the restaurant also super friendly,she offered me the teh tarik because my wife cant drink coffee. Cant remember her name but her name start with F. Highly recommended to those are looking for the hotel with friendly and good hospitality. Definitely will come again.
