JS is a small family run boutique hotel, with a gift shop attached. The location is right next to Aeon Tebrau City and Tesco Tebrau. JS is a 2-minute walk away, via Aeon's basement carpark gate 3 across the road. JS faces the Volkswagen facility so its facade is not visible when you are at Aeon.

The room is scrupulously clean with nice sheets, but tiny size-wise. The bathroom is a 15 cm step up into the bathroom, and another 30 cm on top of that to get to amenities.

As the room was located on the ground floor, fairly muted conversations could be heard from outside the room/hotel. There was a security guard stationed outside in the late evening.

From JS Hotel, you can see the neon lighted Sayed Bistro, which is a 24-hour prata_murtabak_thosai eating place. Sayed Bistro is right next to the Toyota Hiewa Auto Service Centre.

JS Hotel is handy to Aeon Tebrau City and amenities nearby.

Stayed for a day over the weekend. You get what you paid for. The hotel is going green and doesn't provide tissue papers. The rooms are located on 2nd floor with no lift. Good location to Aeon Tehran City. The staff is very friendly too.

This is a nice budget hotel, where I actually don't mind spending time inside my room chilling out. It must be the comfortable tatami beds. Chose this location because we wanted to spend time in Tebrau. It's just a 5 mins walk to AEON mall. Though all-female traveler groups like us should take an Uber back at night, or walk the slightly long way around as its safer.

Service was good, and I really liked the 100 yen shop and the snacks they sell at the lobby. You will never starve as long as there's cup noodles being sold. There are no lifts but it didn't matter as we barely had luggage. The only complaint was the really high step to the toilet - we really have to be careful. Another design failure was that the place to hang clothes was right on top of the kettle. They should place some hooks near the wall.

It was a pleasant short stay, and the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained. Security seems quite good too, as there were people stationed outside at night, and we saw a police post on the way back to the hotel.

I have booked a Deluxe King Suite but was given a much smaller room. So I went back to the front desk to double confirm and indeed i was given the actual room i have initially booked. And I have to apologize instead of the front desk! And for ironing facilities, you got to get a key from the front desk to the 'ironing room' to iron your clothes there. There's no iron in your rooms.
