we've been going to driftwood for the last five years or so sometimes even two times a year and its been great all through, but last July we went there with family who had come to Kenya to visit and the experience was not as we used to the food was nothing special and they had a repeat of the same all through. so we assumed it was due to the time of the year.
so we decided this December to revisit the place again it being a busy season, and for sure there was nothing that had changed the food is still the same and the thing is the menu would have a different name but when you go for lunch its the same food you had for dinner but with a different name(eg Saturday night was mongolia dinner and sunday lunch was grill it was the same setting same meat and veggie for both dinner and lunch but two different names) .and for the five days we were there the breakfast had the same passion juice, beans bacon, potatoes half fried tomato and sausage which some days felt you're having left over from the previous day.and the option of fried egg, it was disappointing holiday which we opted for the last three evenings to go for dinner to different hotelMore
