Not to visit hotel. No hot water. No receptionist accepting the calls at night, need to get back to the first floor to awake her. At restaurant no fresh water and working cooler, although one exists.
Very bad quality of food-need a medicine after I got the breakfast and was bad all the day round

I'd not recommend staying in this hotel with little children as rooms are unsafe for them, and the hotel staff cannot accommodate simple requests. During our stay, we asked for a crib, but it turns out that they only have them in one "size," making it completely unsuitable for our baby who could easily climb out of it.
Power outlets are also poorly placed with some clearly sticking out and pretty dangerous.
Lastly, be careful with side lamps above the bed. They are so fragile that a slight touch may result in their fall and breakage.
The only positive part our stay was breakfast that included a good selection of different foods.
We stayed in this hotel for one night on 20th Junr 2024. They charged around 23k INR for one room and adjusted all 4 of us by putting extra bed. We reached hotel around 1 am early morning on 21st due to flight schedule. We found a cheat taxi driver who asked us to pay 38000 tinge against the normal fare of around 5000 tinge. Due to language issue, we requested lady available at the reception to help us to talk to the driver. Initially she said maximum fare should be 10000 tinge which we were willing to pay but later, after taking to the driver, she started forcing us to pay 38000 tinge !! It seems there is some scam going on here to cheat the tourists.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry, that you faced with such situation. It was misunderstanding with our staff, she only translating information among driver and you. From our sight no any scam. If you are booking transfer from hotel we informing our guests that hotel transfer will be safety, our price is 15 000 KZT. We don't know about your agreement when you hire the taxi. For avoiding this cases we are suggesting you to book it from hotel, we also faced with situations when guest didn't agreed amount from airport with some drivers, and took taxi by themselves, in this case you can call police.
