We were greeted by an awkward group of staff - not sure what the problem was - perhaps it was their lack of English skills. The restaurant has nice decor and terrific views over the Inland Sea. The menu was in English and Japanese which was a plus for us. The portions are really small and although we had 3 courses, we left still hungry and picked up snacks on the way home. Good for a once off for the view.
