This is an upscale hotel right on Naha port in Okinawa. Its market space appears to be Japanese weddings and chinese group tours. The hotel is really two towers and to get to our room we had to enter the other tower and walk across a bridge to our tower.

We found:
- the rooms to be large enough;
- the rooms to be clean;
- staff to be helpful;
- bed, towels and linen to be good;
- the internet to be free and fast;
- the onsen to be great. The 43 degree onsen was both inside and outside. There is a a 'cold' onsen at 17 degrees inside with a large dry sauna.

We also found:
- the location to be just strange. You would think a hotel on the waterfront would have excellent views right? Think again... I have had better views from a New Delhi slum.
- no privacy in the bathroom. The bathroom door is glass and has limited privacy.
- the bath to be small. Given that the bathroom itself is quite large - for some reason the bath is really small!
- the noise from the port to be unbearable. With dredging, loading, unloading and the 24 hour sound of trucks reversing we had to move rooms. Do not choose the port view if you want a good nights (or days) sleep.
- checkin to be painfully slow;
- car parking to be overpriced.

Room Tip: Port side = noise side.

We splurged a little and upgraded to have the breakfast and hot spring access added to our reservation. Their tattoo policy is that there are absolutely no tattoos allowed in the hot springs, even if the tattoos are covered. This policy was no where to be seen when we were booking. It's alright for a company to have certain policies in place, but we didn't find out until we were walking into the hot springs and were rudely told to leave. For the pools, tattoos have to be covered.
The breakfast buffet was really good, with both Japanese and American options.
The room was spacious, quiet, and clean.

Out on the edge of Naha halfway between downtown & airport , overlooking the unattractive & rusting port......so 20 minute sweaty walk or taxi needed

Really expensive room-even tho it halved its price s month before! Comfy room-however surprisingly little English spoken or in info -terns out this bling-studded place caters primarily for dollar rich Chinese!

The most expensive massage I've ever had anywhere in the world.....at nearly two hundred quid! It was unexceptional!

This is our first time in Okinawa with friends and families, It started out great with our stay at the Okinawa Marriott Hotel near the northern states. Then we came to this hotel, what a dramatic difference!!! Its reviews looked good on the web, the admission process was OK, but everything went downhill afterwards. The service is mediocre, some were plain rude and ignore you when assistance is needed; the breakfast is so so; the spa area is disappointing. And they over-charge us for the car parking. Really NOT recommended !!

We spent two nights here at the start of a birding trip to Japan. Once you get over the shock of visiting a place with virtually no American tourists, it can be very nice.

This hotel, a convenient 15 minute taxi ride from the airport, was a great place to get over the long plane ride and prepare for more interesting parts of the trip. The food, especially the buffet that lets you see what you are getting, was excellent.

The internet connections were fantastic, with convenient, speedy access from the room as well as public area of the hotel.

Although English is not common, we had no trouble checking in to our room. Everything was very modern and computerized, and check in took only a few minutes. Then we were ushered to a separate waiting area before some arrived to explain everything and show us to our room.

Naha is a big city, and not ideal for what we came for: seeing the incredible biodiversity of these islands. However, everyone was pleasant and helpful, and we enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel.

A good choice for a place to stay on initial entry to the country.

Thank you very much for staying at LOISIRHOTEL NAHA this time.
The location of about 10~15 minutes is popular with a car (taxi) from Naha Airport to the hotel, you can have time quietly by the location away from the downtown area.

The English conversation is difficult for the staff. We must make an effort for study of the English conversation. Therefore I work on study.
Good breakfast is made in order also to leave for sightseeing vigorously now.
Thank you for having an impression approach.
