As a Foreign tourist with no Japanese speaking skills, I felt comfortable at the hotel the front office staff was very helpful, they even called up a bank to check if they can help convert Forex as the hotel did not have the facility and a lot of stores and restaurants are close by. Food in the restaurant is pretty good and Rooms are neat and tidy and size is what you expect fro ma Japan hotel. Overall a great no hassle stay.

The hotel is located one km from the station. There were hundreds of bars and restaurants within the walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. WiFi was very good at my room 808. I could watch Netflix without any problem. The breakfast at the hotel costs 1500yen. I ate a variety of food , both local and western. The taste was good.
The staff were kind and polite. I recommend this hotel for foreign tourists too.

The Hotel JAL City Miyazaki is located just on the edge of its central business area. its about a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the closest train station. It is quite close to restaurants and shopping. There is also a 24-hour supermarket very close by. The room size is a bit better than the standard Japanese hotel room. The hotel is about 15 years old (they are celebrating their 15th anniversary). The room design, decoration are bit aged. There is no safe in the room. The hotel also do not provide complimentary bottle water. I am not sure whether this is a common practice for hotels in Miyazaki or just this hotel.
Service was quite good and the front desk really tries hard to please the customer. Unfortunately, the English competency of the front desk staff (or all staff for that matter) are quite poor.
We have breakfast included in our room rate. The breakfast was OK with fairly limited selection of western food. There is also a Japanese section available too. The service was a bit passive as we have to ask for coffee refill each time.
Overall, its not a bad hotel. May be our expectation is a bit high when compared with service levels of hotels in places as Tokyo.

The location is excellent in the heart of Miyazaki which near the shopping , dinning & close to bus stop & parking place. The 24 hrs open Aeon Mall supermarket just 2 minutes walking distance and 1 minutes distance of parking. The change cost 400 yen for maximum 12 hours parking in night time. Driving distance around 20 minutes to the airport. The room size is good enough for two persons with a double bed & facing a city view.
The breakfast should book together at advance with the room. As the food is outstanding, delicious and variety with Western & Japanese style. Especially the mango dessert! If not the charge cost 1500 yen per person. Besides the front desk associates are friendly & sincerely.
Overall the hotel is fantastic & value of money. Except the facilities is not enough to relax . I really enjoy to stay in this hotel in Miyazaki.

Arrived one day too early and Mr Osaki at the front desk was very helpful guiding me towards the bus to get me to my other hotel, which was very far. Everyone I interacted with was very respectful and friendly. Top Class service.
Stayed in a smoking room (Room 313) and it was very clean and comfortable.
Wifi worked my entire stay with no issues.
Good location. A little far from the train station but the walk is flat all the way and wasn't strenuous. Very safe area and many stores nearby for food.
Depending on my type of visit, I would stay here again.

The location is very closed to the center of the city and easy access to many restaurant and night life there. There is a bus stop nearby which you can get a bus to Aeon Mall for day of shopping. The staff are helpful and speak fair to good English.
The room decoration is a bit old fashion but it is clean and the size is and actually a bit larger then an ordinary Japan hotel room. You can found everything you need inside.
Overall it is a good place to stay.
