Rooms are large for Japan. The hotel is spotless and the staff very welcoming. This is a good service hotel with a restaurant. Hotel is quiet a good price for the size.

From Rinku Town Station, you can walk an elevated sidewalk system almost to the hotel in less then 15 minutes. See the map with info attached. (If it's cold, raining or hot, it may not be too fun to walk, so plan accordingly.

From Kansai International Airport (KIX), you can actually catch the FREE shuttle bus to the Premium Outlets and walk across the street to the hotel.

I stayed in a single room for a stop over from Osaka to Kyoto. Short travel distance from Osaka Kansai Airport. As I arrived late in the evening, I couldn’t take advantage of the free shuttle bus travelling from Kansai Airport to Rinku Premium Outlets, and used the local railway network to get to the hotel. (Hotel is directly opposite the outlets).

Check in was smooth, staff were very friendly. There was a small confusion with my check out time but was immediately clarified.

The room was spacious for a single use room by Japanese standards. Everything is spotlessly clean. Loved the tatami area and view of the sea from mu window. Bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet so I slept very well after 24 hours of connecting flights.

The beautiful Rinku ferris wheel at Seacle and food court is just a few moments walk en route to Rinku town station.

From Osaka Airport this is a easy bus ride. In fact you are able to make use of the local free shuttle which drops you at the large modern shopping centre just across the road. We arrived early and were able to store our bags in the lobby area until check in at 3pm. We used the time to return to the shopping centre where there is any number of recognisable outlets together with all sorts of eateries. The rooms were large particularly by Japanese standards with adequate storage and amenities. It goes without saying Clean is something that is ever present here. If you prefer beds to be firm you are in the right country. Reception were very friendly despite their grasp of the English language. In terms of location, the centre of Osaka city is still over 30 mins. away. A train station is a easy walk away and the service to the city is frequent. If the view from your room doesn't quite do it for you consider the giant ferris wheel over at the shopping centre.

A group of people travelling from all parts of the world arrived at the hotel on 23rd August 2017. Some arriving @ 7:00hrs after flying overnight. All denied access to rooms. All part of Cruise1st adventure around Japan over six nights prior to joining a Princess Cruise around Japan. It was not until representation by one member of the newly formed party and the lack of reprensation by the Cruise 1st agent that access to the hotel rooms was given. Poor show by the hotel. Room very basic no milk or coffee/tea in the rooms. Very basic.

Room tip: No views. Very basic hotel
