Perfectly acceptable litle hotel, if not a touch dated in Chiba. Very easy access to hotel from West exit of Chiba train station which was increibly convenient given that you can see the hotel the second you exit train. Rooms are small but spotless as is standard in Japan - slippers and cozy robes provided. Two single beds were very comfy. Breakfast included was hilarious - 2 "croissants" with cool butter and jam package, hard boiled egg (apparently the Japanese love eggs) and mini potatoe salad in a cup. Fine coffee. Not much english spoken here but enough to get your room and pay for it.
