Hard to get there. Booked the wrong date, agreed to re-accomodate to a sibling hotel, which believed to be under the same parent company. They never mention there will be another charge until we go all the way there and check-in. 30000 yen to start, ok, fine we will pay. Then when they print the bill, it's 30000*2=60000 yen=600USD.... Feel very much being tricked or deceived during the whole process (if I'm not lost in translation)....

If you are a day tripper make sure to get there by 2pm on the weekends. Best ocean view infinite onsen pool. Went for 2 days in a roll. Pics was taken after the onsen in the relax lounge upstairs. One of the highlights in Japan

As it was raining heavily and it was our first time in Atami, we took a taxi from the JR Atami Station to the Hotel, which took around 10 minutes (due to traffic). We were then greeted by some very polite staff, who also helpfully showed us the way to the MOA Museum (a must visit in Atami).

We stayed in a Superior Twin Room (ocean view), which is quite spacious. Amenities are okay; not particularly impressive. The beddings are of good quality and we had some perfectly sound sleep.

On the first night the TV wasn't working that well, with the signal going on and off. I then called the front desk who within minutes sent a staff to our room. The male staff was courteous and managed to fix the TV problem efficiently.

The Open-air bath and the onsen are impressive. They are huge in size and very clean. Water is hot enough - quite important to me. The ocean view from the bath is stunning. I enjoyed watching an unforgettable sunrise.

Breakfast on the 2nd floor of the Hotel is delicious. Selection of food is not wide but everything is done just right. On a fine morning one also enjoys an excellent view of the Atami Sunbeach.

Overall, a nice and relaxing stay in a modern hotel. Will recommend everyone who visits Atami.

This hotel is very good, but the main entrance is not easy to find. I arrived at the carpark building and a staff came out to lead me to the hotel. The service given by all the staff are impressive.

The food offered by the restaurant, particularly the dinner, is of very high standard. Though there is no too much choice for the breakfast, the food is still nice. I enjoyed seeing the sun rise in the room and also the open air onsen on the top floor. I have had happy moments here. Thanks to all the staff.

Well we certainly loved it here! The hotel is well located right on the beach front and offers secure parking for 1080 yen per day. We were greeted in the carpark and very well looked after by the staff. The room was fabulous with a breathtaking view of the sea which couldn't even be spoilt by the horrible rainy weather the whole time we were there. Aircon was great, shower was one of the best I've ever had, beds comfy and also his and her sinks. There is no wifi in the room which didn't bother us but is something to be aware of. My husband used the 13f bath and really enjoyed it.
