Not the best shabu shabu, but conveniently located, good service, relatively quiet room, makes it for a good stay. Squid is a nice extra specialty. A little less expensive than similar places in Tokyo. For a simple and quiet meal, a good place to select.

We have arrived on Saturday evening and although the restaurant was full and we had to wait two minutes to be seated, the staff was always quick and the orders arrived in timely matter.
Interior looks new and clean. Note that this is smoking place, so people may do smoke there. However, although the table next to us smoked, the air ventilation seems to be good and we did not stink of tobacco.
The menu is only in Japanese, however the menu is with pictures, so no problem here.
Gyoza were very small to our surprise. I mean about twice as small as even frozen from supermarket. And not that delicious.
However, the rest of the food was delicious and fresh.
For three people, we paid about 7000JPY, which is not that bad.

The place was open on Jan 1st and it is much better than any other restaurants opened on this day. The service was great even though they don't speak much English. This is their 5th anniversary.
