We only stayed one night as we had an early flight out of Da Nang the following day. We. arrived quite early and paid a small amount extra to have access to our room before official check in at 2.00. Trang, the lady at reception then upgraded us to an upper floor balcony room overlooking the river. She was extremely helpful and informative and very kindly arranged for the kitchen staff to come in early the next morning to make us a delicious breakfast and coffee before we headed off to the airport.
the hotel is really gorgeous, clean and stylish, very comfortable bed and good air con and wifi. Location is good too, near to the central market and many restaurants etc nearby. We really enjoyed our stay there and say a big thankyou to all involved in the excellent care we received.

Lovely hotel in central riverside location close to the embarkation points for the fascinating [and unmissable] night time boat tours.

Staff very friendly and helpful especially when I cancelled my second night's stay at short notice.

I was more than happy to pay the full price for the second night but they gave me a partial rebate [thank you Trang!!].

Rooms airy, spacious and interestingly designed.

The hotel also arranged a very good value transfer to Hoi An visiting Ba Na Hill Station and the Marble Mountains en route.

Excellent and cannot imagine a better hotel in Da Nang.

The hotel location is facing Han River, approximate 200 meters from Novotel. Nice room, clean, delicious breakfast (especially pumkin soup), very helpful staffs even they cannot understand more English, but very helpful mind.
