Lovely hotel in central riverside location close to the embarkation points for the fascinating [and unmissable] night time boat tours.

Staff very friendly and helpful especially when I cancelled my second night's stay at short notice.

I was more than happy to pay the full price for the second night but they gave me a partial rebate [thank you Trang!!].

Rooms airy, spacious and interestingly designed.

The hotel also arranged a very good value transfer to Hoi An visiting Ba Na Hill Station and the Marble Mountains en route.

Excellent and cannot imagine a better hotel in Da Nang.

The hotel location is facing Han River, approximate 200 meters from Novotel. Nice room, clean, delicious breakfast (especially pumkin soup), very helpful staffs even they cannot understand more English, but very helpful mind.

The room seemed ok on first look, it had no window but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. However after having to ask the reception how to get the air conditioning to work, it stopped working in the middle of the night (01:00). This left the room unbearably hot with no window. I went down to reception to ask if it could be fixed, no one was there but I did see 2 large rats. I then returned to the room and barely slept because of the heat. Also, in the morning there was an unpleasant smell of drains in the bathroom.

We left without eating the included breakfast in the morning, as the rats put us off.

On another note, one reception staff member seemed rude. Bluntly telling us he had to check the room before we checked out (it was fine), I only hope he found it as hot and unpleasant as we did.
