Stayed with my girlfriend for 2 nights in September 2018.
The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Da Nang, with a view overlooking the Han River. The staff is courteous and kind. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Would return to this place again if I were to come back to Da Nang.
Quaint hotel with lovely sitting/lobby area. Rooms were perfect for single or couple and came with breakfast. They were happy to look after my bags both for early check in and late check out. Friendly staff. Close to walks on the riverside and cafes.
Item used for the hotel are of high quality, from the furniture to fixtures! Service is good, given not all staff can communicate in English, but they tried their very best to accommodate all guest request.
The only down side would be, the water pressure is abit Low, making shower would take longer time. The aircon in my room also need 5-10 mins to initialize before can turn it on... making the room very hot and stuffy.
If they allow me another extra key card for the room, that would be Super great!!
I went to the hotel to view the International Fireworks Festival. I was running late and the streets we already closed by the time I made it to the area. Thanh was super helpful and sent someone to meet me and bring me in past the blocked streets. It was a long walk and the staff went beyond my expectations to get me there and to make sure I had a great experience once I was there. I couldn't recommend Thanh and the rest of the Di Lusso staff more highly!
Enjoyed a 2 night stay at this lovely, centrally located hotel looking out to Han River. Many coffee shops and good restaurant nearby. The room was clean, modern and neat. We loved that the bed was super comfy and all necessities were provided, had nothing to complain. The same also goes for breakfast.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the lovely and helpful staff, especially Trang (the supervisor). Trang was kind and fast in responding our requests and very professional. We are very satisfied.
Thank you so much for your beautiful hotel and wonderful service. We would definitely stay at Di Lusso again if we return to Danang.
