This hotel is a few minutes walk from the World Heritage old town, shopping streets & restaurants.
Modern rooms in three storied blocks around the pool and gardens, most rooms with balconies. The rooms are average size with small bathrooms. The shower is over the bathtub & ours flooded the floor. Nice towels but minimal toiletries.
The breakfast was adequate but not exciting but the one lunch we had in the restaurant was good. There is a smaller restaurant by the pool too. The pool is nice with an area for kids but there are very few loungers.
They have a gym, spa & library.

Great location, just 3 minutes walk to Old Town. Beautiful gardens and clean, well maintained pool area. Very good buffet breakfast. Really pleasant and prompt airport pickup from Danang.
I had requested a high, quiet room with garden view. Was given a ground floor room facing a barbed wire topped fence (with a bit of garden view) and a noisy school. Staff were courteous and eventually found a suitable room, though it cost an extra US$15 per night.

Room Tip: Suggest pool facing room and stay away from the school side.

We stayed here for four nights near the end of February. The hotel is just a short walk from the main part of ancient town, took us no more than 8 minutes to walk to the Canal. We arrived early around 9am and due to hubby not feeling well they upgraded our room and checked us in straight away which we so much appreciated. The Gym was passable. Breakfast was a buffet & had a nice range to choose from including the egg station and pancakes. We sat outside in the garden and it was so much nicer than inside. The Hotel itself was great except a tiny couple of minor things, the walls are thin we heard the next door neighbours talking most of the night, the doors you need to slam close therefore we heard a lot of that throughout the night, the Wi-Fi is not very good, pretty slow where we were located and the showers need the mould taken care of, I wore thongs in the shower each night. We walked into town each morning for around 4 hours, walked up and down and around the many many streets over the bridges and back again, then back to the hotel and relaxed by the pool for a few hours, really lovely surrounds and the gardens are really well kept. Then we done it all again at night just walking around the town, we would never grow tired of this town. I would always stay in town rather than the beach area just due to not having to get shuttles or taxis back and forth. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, the staff were always so friendly and accommodating to all our requests, this is a magic quaint little town and we would definitely return one day and we come back to this Hotel. Also Grasshopper Tours are close by for bicycle tours and I would recommend them also.

We are regular visitors to Hoi An. We stayed here 10 years ago. Last year we spent 2 weeks in this hotel. We have been here for 5 weeks and are plannng to stay here for 3 months. It is so relaxing. A good mix of guests with no large tour groups. We found last year that Nha Trang was overrun by large groups from China, similar to the big groups fron Russia that invade Pattaya and Phuket and also Nha Trang before the collapse of their currency. This hotel is well located on the edge of the old town. It would have the best breakfast in town. Big selection and great service. The rooms have views over the magnificent gardens or pool. It is not a high rise and is sitting on somewhere around 4 acres of manicured gardens. Check it out...

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms give excellent access to pool and restaurants.

This is a very large hotel, separate buildings set right back from the road so there is no street noise. It is in a very large garden with a pool. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, everything you could want. It's a very short walk into the old town. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay and I would choose to stay here again.
