Amazing resort

We are presently staying here with another couple and we'll be here for a total of 7 days. We can't say enough about this resort. The staff are AMAZING!! From the lovely fellow who greets us as we come and go to the receptionists, restaurant and poolside staff. Everyone is just so wonderful. Literally a 5 min. walk to the night market and Old Town and yet far enough away that you're out of the hustle and bustle. The buffet breakfast that is included in our room is switched up daily and there's something for everyone. The pool is a big infinity edge pool right on the river with lots of loungers. They offer free shuttle to An Bang beach which is a real bonus as there are plenty of loungers with umbrellas. We would highly recommend this resort and if we ever come back to Hoi An (this is our third time) we will definitely stay here. We only wish we had discovered it the last 2 times we were here.

Room tip: Not sure what the river view room is because when you step out on your balcony, everyone can see the river.

Good location for visiting Hoi An

We were very happy during our stay at this hotel. Great view from our room over the river. The room was nice ......although we were unsure about how to turn on the hot water - our fault really - didn't read the instructions. Good TV choice - even had Nottingham Forest on one channel on the Saturday night!! Great. COYR.
We were happy with the breakfast, overlooking the river - which even featured a kingfisher. Really enjoyed the taxi rides into Hoi An. Easy to get to and from.

Room tip: Overlooking the river is good

The amazing choice

The Hoi An Riverside Resort e Spa is amazing!
The service is excellent, the staff are extremely concerned with making our stay perfect. The Hotel area is so quiet, it has a great pool and a great spa, ideal to relax after a long day of walking.
The breakfast with rivervew is unforgettable.
The hotel even offers a free transfer to the Hoi An ancient Town

One of the better Hotels in the area

Location 5 miutes Taxi ride into Hoi an. Far enough away close enough too. The hotel supplies complimentary Taxi / mini bus to and from town at set times 2 -3 time a day and night.
We stayed for 11 nights just to chill out , unfortunately the hotel was very quiet due to the Corona virus and people cancelling . Our room was 2205 - top floor over looking the river . Very spacious and clean with daily maid service. We ate once in the restaurant with a complimentary meal at night - very good and we recieved a fee 1/2 hour body massage - very good.Breakfast varied from a buffet to "Alacarte" depending on how many people were in the hotel. The staff were very attentive and nothing was problem. The General manager equally was very good. Free bikes to ride around - a bit of a bone shaker but they worked.( very flat around the area) We rode off to the beach on 3 occasions about 15 minute cycle ride - lookout for the short cut around the paddy fields avoiding the main roads. the beach is lovely with rustic beach bars serving fresh food and ice cold beer, ther is also a free taxi there and back daily . Local restaurants for adrink or eats we like the Blues and Brew. Overall we would stay here again and would strongly recommended it - Please note it is slightly dated , but all is good and they ahve a swimming pool which is very clean ., but cold in January / February.Thanks to all

Not good

Not the best of hotels. Upon arrival we were very happy with the room. Not a great location as a taxi is needed to get into Hoi An. Sheets weren’t clean. Breakfast needs improvement. Staff seem helpful.
