We just stayed at Acacia heritage hotel with my brother early April. We booked two rooms for two nights which we consider the best we had in Vietnam especially for the price. The facility has a nice pool (not crowded at the time of our stay), good breakfast, a bar with cocktails and a restaurant. Our two rooms were very nice comfortable and well maintained, international TV, bathrooms have everything of a modern western hotel also very clean.
The location was very good to us, we liked to stay a little out from the busy/noisy crowed city center which is still 10 minutes only by walking. The personnel was absolutely lovely with us from breakfast to the pool bar. A special mention to "Nga" who gave us great customed advises for our visits, she really made our stay so pleasant. I do not know of other alternative in town but I could only strongly recommend to stay at this hotel wether your are family or group of friends. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed 3 nights in Hoi An at the Acacia Heritage Hotel. Welcomed warmly by the staff and our room was fine with a very comfortable bed. Great layout with pool and centrally located near markets. Would stay again

We are on the last day of our six night stay at Acacia Heritage.

We were recommended this hotel by a friend for our stay in Hoi An and could not be happier.

All the other TA reviewers have fully covered the details and they are spot on.

This is not a 5 star hotel if that's what you are looking for. But it is very comfortable, clean, great pool, excellent spa, top breakfast in the roof top restaurant, quiet at night and close to the Old Town. That, combined with the great value says it all.

Well almost. Other reviewers have mentioned the staff and we must strongly agree. They set this place apart. Again Nga, Vi and Lily provided wonderful service and, more importantly, big smiles and a chat every time we saw them. They made us feel at home with friends. Thanks ladies, much appreciated.

Just a note. The hotel holds your passports for the duration of your stay. Haven't seen this done before and wasn't required at our previous hotel in Hanoi.

Great little shop across the road for almost anything. Bike hire, drinks and laundry. We used it regularly especially for laundry. The do a great job and the cost is just silly low.

If you are coming to Hoi An do yourself a favour and stay here. It gives you everything you need and a greater sense of the location than an expensive chain hotel.

Hotel rooms are clean with lots of space. We also had a balcony, which was very nice. The breakfast that's included changes daily and is excellent. Great location as it's only 1O minutes from the Ancient Town while being off the beaten tourist path. Free use of bicycles - less than 5 km from the beach so an easy pedal.

What earns the Acacia 5 stars is their staff. All are helpful and friendly; in particular Lam (who showed us more of real Vietnam and how to eat those tiny snails!), Vi, Nga and Lily.

We took a Banh Xeo cooking class with Vi which was great fun and something we'll actually be able to make when we're back home.

I went for a massage with Lily at the hotel spa. I had the Vietnamese massage, which was very good. I had Lily and another therapist work on me for an hour. It was a great massage!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - highly recommend.

We just spent 6 nights at the Acacia - the location is great - it's in a quiet part of town but very handy to the market and all the shopping areas. The hotel has bicycles for guests to book for free and a pool that is a wonderful way to cool off after some time spent shopping and enjoying the sights! We took a cooking class here that was both fun and delicious and so convenient to do it right at our hotel! Vi did a great job and was so friendly and helpful whenever we saw her! The entire staff at the Acacia are great - they are genuinely friendly and helpful and make your stay such a pleasant one. We particularly enjoyed getting to know Nga ( who helped us with some shopping), Vi ( with our cooking class) and Lam ( around the pool and everywhere else! He went out of his way to make our stay very memorable!) The staff are committed to helping their guests have a really lovely stay at the Acacia. I highly recommend this hotel while in Hoi An!
