Chose to eat at the Hoianian for our last meal in town. The restaurant exudes a bit of a trendy-bar vibe with the excessive blue lighting but the food here is top notch. We chose the mixed plate of spring rolls: delicious and fresh, packed with greenery, followed by the basa fillet hot pot and stir fried eggplant, both of which were incredibly flavoursome and on par with the best dining experiences we’ve had in Hoi An. Little touches like the complimentary glass of sparkling wine and refreshing amuse bouches were welcome. The international wine list is extensive and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend you seek this place out if you’re looking for a place to eat that’s a cut above the stock standard fare being dished up in the tourist district.
