We spent a lot of money to stay in this hotel, the WiFi was appalling it hardly worked, the food was disgusting we ate out 5 days, same rubbish food, the service is wasn’t good had so many complaints the Maher couldn’t careless £2,500 for this hotel is a rip off the only people were nice and friendly was the cleaning staff, service desk people didn’t have a clue about customer service no one wanted to help to take luggage that’s how busy they were talking amongst themselves. There was a queue of people trying to complain to the Manager so we weren’t the only family stay well clear from
This hotel. The only thing good about this hotel was the luxury design apart from that I can’t say nothing good about it ruined our holiday.

Came on my honey moon with my husband our best man and his girlfriend. First of all the reception staff didn't have our reservation and eventually gave us a room one floor above the staff entrance where the bins and the extractor fans were. The reception didn't understand why we didn't wish to stay their after, but moved us. The first morning we were summoned by a man named Sanny who pressure sold us into trips, which we found out were twice the price of the other vendors. The entertainment team would dress up in "african clothing" and run around in black face making chimpanzee noises. I didn't eat anywhere else other than the hotel because the food was lovely. On the final day of the holiday I started to feel unwell. Since coming home on Tuesday I am still suffering severe food poisoning, caused by campylobacter. Which has been tested and confirmed by my GP. The night before our departure as we were flying late and I was not feeling well, due to the food poising we asked the reception team to extend our stay. This ended up in an argument which was revolved by their manager. The next day I got a phone call from the same reception team member who told us we had to leave because we hadn't paid for the late check out. Even though he processed the transaction, we had a receipt and confirmation from our credit card company he called us liars. I went to reception, proved we had paid for a second time. We got no apology. Thank you for ruining our honey moon and thank you for the food poisoning.

We are just back from a weeks holiday in this hotel. We felt looked after gurkan in the pool bar and his wee side kick work really hard and always smiling. The kids club and entertainment team also work hard through the day and then with the entertainment in the evening.The lobby bar was really good and nothing is no mutch trouble. Food was good lots to choose from. the wife loved the waffle bar. Would recommend if you want a nice relaxing holiday.
