This hotel in nice location, right on the beach, nice rooms but that's where it ends. Not a 5* hotel, but could be with some work. The food was the poorest all inclusive I have been to. Every day much the same food lunch and dinner times, beef and chicken casseroles, just changed the sauces. The entertainment team is not an asset to this hotel, because they think they are working in an 18 - 30 hotel and don't check to see who is by the pool. Most were over 40 and the type of music was not suitable. The music was played that loud, you couldn't speak to anyone without shouting. I complained to the manager about this and spoke to their guest relations lady, who was very disrespectful to me laughing at myself and the other lady who complained. The manager did speak to entertainment team who finally put the music down, but the young lady from the team was not happy about this and would try and put the music up again and would look right at us and make faces, she is not in the right job and not good for the hotel. The other staff were friendly and I must say that the bellboy Emerqh Ozdemir is an asset to this hotel, very hard working and deserves a reward for his great customer service. This could be a great hotel if they addressed the issue of food and entertainment. We all go on holiday to relax and chill out but this hotel makes that very hard to do. The internet in this hotel is also very poor and not worth paying the extra to use in your room. They offer a safe but you have to pay it and there is a fridge in your room.
