We travelled to julian club in September 2011 and what can I say the food was lovely the staff are excellent can't do enough for you and the entertainment was good too. We had a bit of a hiccup on arrival when our rooms were not ready but they upgraded our rooms and gave us free upgrade to full board to compensate which was excellent.
Booked to go back May and September 2012 already upgraded our room for May so we can have a pool view. So So looking forward to going back to this hotel.

Room Tip: The family rooms are small but the family suites are fantastic upgrade if you can

Husband and i with our 2 kids stayed at this hotel in august. The hotel in general is nice. We arrived early in the morning a few hours prior to check in and were given a breakfast card and had b/fast whilst we waited for a room to be cleaned . We booked a triple room whick was good in size with a double bed and 2 single beds . Upon arrival the aircon was not working so we reported it and a replacement was fitted immediately. The mini bar fridge had nothing in it which was disappointing as i would have expected some water and a few drinks for a 4 star hotel.
The fridge did not cool anything so we asked for another fridge which we got on day 3 of our stay.
The pools are nice however i could not believe ppl would secure the sun beds early in the morning so my hubby would be up at 5am to throw a few towels near thr kids pool. There are way too many sunbeds with not enough room to throw ur towel on the floor ot enough room to move around
The playground was good for thr kids however i suggest some shading in that hot summer sun to keep the kids covered. The buffet breakfast and dinners were very ordinary and not whag i would call turkish food. We asked why this was so and was told that it wad to accomodate thr English tourists taste ( we are not from england) which is another thing we noticed as this hotel is full of English who do nothing but sunbake all day long.
I suggest to all the women who want to sunbake topless to move away from the kids pool as it is not necessary to be topless around toddlers and small kids.
The mini disco was a hit witj my 2 yr old however they could organise some othrr type of activity for the kids as that music was too much to bear everynite during dinner.
The shows at night were more like stripper dancers which was not appropriate for a family hotel so we had to head out in the evenings with the kids. The hotel drinks are verry expensive. Your better off going to Kipa down the road and buying ur drinks from there like we noticed many tourists did. There is a day tour company across the road from the hotel which we booked our day tours with and are cheap. You can catch a dolmus from near the hotel to the town centre. We found a cery nice tea garden in the town centre that we went to a few times. Overall the rooms could be better serviced for a 4 star hotel and if u want to be surrounded by English tourists with no turks but the hotel staff, stay at this hotel. We must have been the only turks to stay at this hotel in years as the staff seemed very surprised. The reception staff... I cant remember her name but she was very vry helpful and very nice.

we travelled to Club Julian in September and we spent 7 days in this resort. We were looked after from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The hotel itself is fantastic, the rooms were spacy, clean and had free air conditioning. The staff were very friendly but not uncomfotably so. They use a card system in the hotel to pay for food and drink and this can be topped up at reception so there is no need to feel under any pressure re tipping the staff. We had to call the doctor for our 2 year old son who was suffering from tonsilitis and the reception staff organised a doctor and nurse immediatley. The entertainment was very good every evening and our son was throughly entertained by the mini disco every evening and spoke about this for months after his hols. The pools were brill and the play area for children was great because both this and the baby pool were covered so we did not have to worry about our son being in direct sun. The only thing about the pool though that woul have been better was if the water slide was open for a bit longer every day. The food was fantastic and very varied and every day the variety of fresh and cooked food meant there was always something to keep us all happy!! the only thing I did not like were the cats but there is an inside dining area which is air conditioned and this meant they were not in there. Cats seem to be everywhere in Turkey and it was just that I have a personal phobia. Will def go back again - we cannot rate this hotel highly enough.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your holiday experiences at the Julian Club. We value every comment we receive.I would like to explain the reason we have the slides on twice a day, we have various activities going on in the main pool ie: water polo, spoon diving, water games just to name a few. The slides are on for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon to ensure no one gets bored of doing the same activity for too long.we look forward to you returning next year.Kind Regards Hotel Managment
