Well first of all, this hotel is in the midle of the souk. So there is no parking. The owner make us change the car a lot of time even after he said it was ok to leave the car there. (one in the middle of the night)
Is kind of modern but with some old stuff.
If you have to leave early the owner will not pack for you breakfast even if is alredy paid
But the WORST is that just behind the window is a strong light working ALL NIGHT and you can't cover it.

Very nice and homy. There are a lot of hotels in this area. But most of them are incredibly expensive or cheap but terrible inside. This one is just perfect.
Small rooms, but there is everything you need inside. Shampoo, hair condition, soap, new flip flops, hair dryer. Furniture is new (probably was bought less then one year ago), very clean inside.
Situated is right in the center. Near metro station. There are a lot of museums in 20-25 min walk.
Sea and sea port in 15-20 min on foot.
Highly recommended for small budget but still with all necessary things.

This hotel or Otel is as i said a hidden gem. Placed in Basmane there is a mixture of both extremely lovely hotels in one area and more B&Bs in the other, it is in the B&B end which it shouldnt be. The rooms have been getting a wee freshen up from what we could see. There was plenty of mirrors for everyone to use/tv/aircon/wifi(we were able to watch a movie one night/facetime etc and we were on the 2nd floor).Fresh towels every day and if you need anything, staff always happy to help. Breakfast is available however i cant comment on it as i didnt have it however it is pay as you want type thing and cheap as chips or in this case cereal!

We were genuinely pleased with our stay at Olimpiyat Hotel. Besides its convenient location we liked its charming, warm atmosphere and kind, friendly staff. Great service, very reasonable pricing. We would recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The hotel suited our needs, it was basic. The walls are a little on the thin side. The hotel managers / reception where very helpful & spoke good English, they even helped us with translating our English to Turkish :) breakfast was available from 8am - 11am. The hotel was clean. On departure, the hotel manager gave me a gift, which was unexpected and beautiful. The hotel was in a great location, the bonus was the basmin train system which we used to head out to Selcuk to visit Ephesus.
