We chose Tas Konaklar to spend a quality weekend in Cappadocia. Firstly, the hotel has an amazing view of the valley filled with fairy chimneys and the mountain of Erciyes, which you can watch in the afternoon while sipping from your wine. Moreover, the staff is great and their restaurant serves a wide range of food and breakfast in the morning. We also adored the local and traditional texture of the building and the decoration of the rooms, which really suit Cappadocia. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit.

There is no place on the planet more romantic, magical and mystical than this hotel. Staff is adorable and so helpful, kind and gentle to our children. Food in the restaurant is delish and classic. The town - just walk around or take a tour and you feel like you're in a fairy tale. The rooms are indescribable. Truly magnificent experience. You must sit out on the lawn at night and watch the moon over cappadocia. Unreal

We came here in July, when the coup had just failed and tourist footfall everywhere was very low in Turkey. Turned out to be a fantastic (and discounted) trip.

This hotel affords beautiful views. It has two authentic cave rooms that are built into the mountains and the rest of the rooms are what used to be small individual homes a century ago. The garden in the middle is what the road used to be and they still pay council rates to the district in order to fence it off and make it the center of their hotel. It over looks pigeon valley which is a sight in itself.

It is a boutique hotel, staffed by some brilliant and dedicated people right from the cleaners and cooks to the front desk. The restaurant is located overhanging the valley and is gorgeous.

The hotel is beautifully appointed with great boutique charm appropriate to the Kapadokya region - from the rooms, to the terraces, to the common areas. The staff was warm and friendly and very helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was a wonderful experience, which I would highly recommend to anyone staying at the hotel. In an area packed full of wonderful hotels, this hotel STILL manages to stand out as a great find.

Room Tip: Upgrade to a room with a terrace for fantastic views from the privacy of your own room.

You feel like you are in the flinstones era! The room is much larger and nicer than we ever expected! Great location! It has two gardens that are friendly to all ages with the best scenery one could imagine!! Great service from the front desk to the bar area!
