Lovely hotel, the hotel is really pretty and has great views of Göreme. We stayed in the budget double room and it was nice- actually much nicer than the photos advertise. Only negative is no air conditioning but a fan was provided. Great buffet breakfast and awesome rooftop areas for relaxing and watching the hot air ballons. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I came to Cappadocia for 4 nights with my friends and stayed here and had an amazing time. Rooms were clean, perfect location, staff were friendly and the terrace was beautiful for watching the hot air balloons in the mornings, having breakfast and having a drink in the evening. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us plan our activities of Hot Air Ballooning, Quad Biking, Taxi booking etc. Would really recommend to other young travellers

Lady Receptionist is very rude and one starts the entrance with a bad feeling. Rooms are not as shown in the pictures, they are all photoshopped. There is plenty other properties just next door to this one which are much better. Avoid especially when you are with family as one goes there to make memories and we had bad ones.
Why don't you write about your own fraudulous behaviour so everyone understands better why you were treated that way? Really funny and disappointing at the same time how still you haven't been able to face your own lack of social and business understandings. If you ask us to book you a balloon ride and we do, using our reputation, you cannot come here and say you're not paying for what YOU HAVE ASKED US TO BOOK FOR YOU. Nobody is going to pay for your mistakes but you.
Excellent location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is neat and spacious. Shuttle from Nevsehir airport drops at the hotel. Market is very close by. Dalchini a great Indian restaurant is near by. Hotel has only breakfast service and no full service restaurant. Tea and coffee are available.
Budget or the basic room is ONLY for backpackers. We had to get upgraded to superior rooms.

The breakfast was outstanding and the view of the balloons from the terrace was amazing
I am so glad I got the change to stay here it was an awesome experience from start to finish
The cave room was warm and cosy even in winter, and the terrace is open all the time with free teas and coffee to help yourself
There is even a fire up there
I think it’s probably one of the best views of the ballon’s from the terrace and I can’t wait to go back
