This is an excellent choice if you are looking for authentic Turkish food, which is cheap as well as tasty. More importantly, the staff is very attentive and make you feel totally at home. The Turkish ice cream (Dondurma) is a must have here.

Nazar Borek is a very comfortable, authentic family owned restaurant. The owner and staff were super helpful and friendly and the food was fresh, clean, and very delicious.

We had the mezze, lentil soup, nazar borek, and göezelme (sp?), all of which were solid. The borek was not the overly greasy and flat type that you find around town, but tasted very homemade and special.

When we finished, my wife was still hungry so we opted for the kofte. Blown away. Super juicy, expertly seasoned, and totally flavorful with rice perfectly done.

An all-around great experience that I would definitely recommend.

We saw it recommended on here and decided to go there for dinner. The owner speaks very good English, and is always ready to answer any questions. He also told us we where over ordering, something that seldom happens. The food was very good. I really liked the kiymali some sort of flatbread. Price was very good in comparison to other restaurants.
