The rooms are spacious and bright. Even the hall is very wide. Unfortunately the balcony is very narrow. Very clean, towels are changed everyday. Everyday we received a 1,5l bottle of water, Nescafe, tea in the room.
Staff was great. A special remark for he girl at the bar was always smiling, I do not know how she managed but she gave us a note of optimism.
The food was enough but average taste.
The beach is in front of hotel, Beach is sandy, no pebble in water. In last day I see that Sunbeds (free) was ok, except umbrellas – too small and some of them are broken.
Close to some mini markets (400 m) and 500 m to dolmus station (for Ayvalik)
700 m to the Sarimsakli seafront plenty of shops and restaurants.
At all very good hotel for the price.
Cons: It's just a bar for entire hotel. A second one would be needed on the beach.
Almost all sunbeds from the beach (at least the first line) is they are occupied by towels from the evening. Most of them were not used until 11 AM when we we were already leaving the beach. The problem is tourists, but the hotel could limit this behaviour as we have seen in other hotels.
