Is terrible. I wanted to change my room, because my room was not ok, but the manager said: is not possible. The hotel is not very clean. The staff is not kind. The food wasn't very varied. It was an unspoiled vacation.

Nice clean room, balcony with seaview. All inclusive was great. Limitles drinks from poolbar and bar in the lobby. Good food, lots of options. In the afternoon they served icecream and little snack and drinks by pool. Pool area is quite small but there was lots of sunbeds. Location was few minutes from the beach. Staff spoke mainly german and for us who werent from germany it was bit annoying.

The hotel is new ( opened in 2011). Rooms are spacious, equipped with simple but modern furniture - lots of storage space, nice bathroom with hairdryer and the shower with closing glass doors ( finally no water spilled all over the place!) , AC, minibar (just for your own food/drinks) flat TV with channels in different languages - not a great choice of them, though. I think all rooms have partial seaview. Balconies are big enough for two chairs, a table and some space left to move around.
Food was great - but rather turkish, so not a lots of meat, but there was always something to choose from. Lots of vegetables and really big choice of fruits - apples, pears, plums, watermelons, grapes.... Never seen this in a three star hotel in Turkey before. We were never hungry and after all, you do not expect hotels catering for guests from different countries to serve you your national food :) Nice breakfasts for a 3 star hotel!
The All Inclusive bar is almost non-existent: you can have some local drinks by the pool and that's it.
The hotel guests can use the beach nearby ( 5 mins walk), shared with other hotels - sunbeds and umbrellas are for free there. You can also get beach towels at the hotel which is not a typical practice for a 3 star hotel.
The pool is rather smallish but looks nice and very clean - but we never use pool on our trips if there is a nice beach nearby!
There is no entertainment in the hotel and nothing really for children, so do not plan your family holidays there as you might get bored.
The hotel is located about 30 mins walk from Side old town centre and the town's main road with dolmus buses is just in front of the hotel.

The hotel staff speaks English and German at the reception, but the waiters will only understand some German.

Overall - this is a clean and a really good in its class and price range hotel for those who want to spend most of their time outside but who still need to feel that they are accommodated in a nice, clean place with friendly staff.

Room tip: I'd reccommend a room in the second building, facing south - those from the poolside are less quiet as there is sometimes loud music played until mignight by the pool bar.
