We had a really great stay at Villa Alev which was large and airy, wooden floors and white linen and curtains, lots of quiet corners to sit and read or sunbathe, a jacuzzi as well as a pool and daily cleaning and bread delivery. It is within walking distance of the town, the Hotel Lykia Residence and our favourite beach club, Yali with its whitewashed, waterside charm. The villa was in a very peaceful location with a beautiful view of the sea and it feels less urban or cheek by jowel than some of the other areas because of its older more established houses with their mature gardens and olive groves. The owner Paula, could not have been more helpful. I really recommend it.

As seasoned travellers we know how important it is to select the right accommodation for a perfect holiday and wanted to share our experience when we stayed at Villa Alev last year.
This Villa is truly luxurious and stunning, sitting on the edge of the Olive Grove, looking towards the town ,with wonderful views of the sea and mountains in what has to be one of the best locations in Kalkan.
The terrace and pool area offer the perfect setting for lazy days and the tranquility of sitting in the evenings stargazing is magical.
Beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms and living space with every facility are furnished to the highest standard and nothing had been overlooked by the owners to make our holiday special.
The town itself is a gentle 5 minute stroll away with those memorable views of sea and mountains , tempting visitors with over 150 exceptional restaurants for relaxed evening dining.
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Alev so much that we are making a return visit this year.
